This means that you should eat three meals a day and good for snacking between meals that are more than 5 hours apart. This is a smart strategy as it prevents you approach your next meal in a “hungry” and overeating or gorging yourself.
Tip # 3 diet without – just be conscious and honest
Do not look for the point of eating a healthy meal full of healthy vegetables, meat or fish then just cover everything in butter, ketchup, mayonnaise or a dressing. These condiments are full of trans fats and refined sugar.
If you need a seasoning then use a low-fat alternative, but make sure it is low in sugar.
Tip # 4 diet without – just cut back a little
This is such a simple philosophy that is easy to achieve. Look in the era of “super-sizing” our sense of what a healthy and balanced portion is all offset. You should be aware of the amount of food you really need to eat and how many calories you eat.
Watching a serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards that is much smaller than you probably think. Try using smaller plates or bowls, as it will give visual cues to use reasonable amounts of food.
